On Wednesday 24th June Gingko celebrated the launch of its New Divan website with a special celebration of poetry across borders. The event took place virtually via Zoom.

Poetry readings by New Divan poets Nujoom al-Ghanem, Mourid Barghouti, Tara Bergin, Gonca Ozmen and George Szirtes were accompanied by discussions with co-editors of A New Divan, Barbara Schwepcke and Bill Swainson.
